As we celebrate our seventh anniversary since our ribbon-cutting ceremony, we have exciting news to share. This year, we reflect on our growth and achievements, while also introducing Tiffany Young as our newest partner. With her fresh insights and rich experience, Tiffany is ready to guide us through both challenges and opportunities ahead.
A Journey of Seven Years
Since our founding, our goal has been to create a Firm that encourages work life balance while providing excellent legal services. We have spent the last seven years fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, which have led to shared success.

Introducing Tiffany Young
Tiffany has been a practicing attorney since she was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2017. She began her legal career at Maryland Legal Aid's Southern Maryland Office, where she represented children in the welfare system in their Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) divisions. She joined WMS Lawyers as an Associate Attorney in October 2020.

During her tenure as an Associate Attorney at WMS Lawyers, she has helped clients with matters in family law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, CINA, and real estate. She is an alumnus of Leadership Southern Maryland's Emerging Leaders Program (LEAP - Class of 2022); a member of the St. Mary's County Bar Association's Board of Directors and an attorney with the St. Mary's County Family Law Self Help Clinic, that provides free legal advice to members of the community through the St. Mary's County Circuit Court.
Looking Ahead
With Tiffany Young at our side, we are excited about the possibilities ahead. Her commitment to excellence matches our mission to deliver exceptional results for our clients and our dedication to give back to the community.
We look forward to the bright future ahead and are thankful for the unwavering support of our valued clients and partners throughout our journey.
Here’s to the next seven years—together!

As someone actively looking at Maryland properties, I found these financing breakdowns super helpful. This one on real estate loan Baltimore was great for understanding urban rental strategies, while the real estate loan Annapolis article laid out investor-versus-homeowner scenarios clearly. For quick closings in beach towns, check out Real Estate Loan Ocean City. I also discovered DSCR Loan Maryland — a great way to qualify based on rental income instead of W2s. And for those just getting into the market, FHA Loan Maryland and the First Time Home Buyer Maryland programs are worth exploring.
